Hotel O SILVER SUITES

I have charged extra 3K and AC is not working, the shower is also not working properly. Breakfast was included in the booking however no breakfast was served. I am not sure why this hotel is listed in MMT.

After i arrived at the hotel they charged extra 399 rupees from me which was not showed at website and also i have booked the accommodation with free breakfast but there was no fooding facility available at the hotel itself

they very unprofessional guys and didn't provided breakfast but took money for breakfast very rude behaviour

I recently stayed at qualia home, kondapur, during my trip to bangalore, which i booked through makemytrip (mmt. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the following reasons: 1. Demand for additional payment: upon arrival, the hotel staff demanded more money than what was agreed upon at the time of booking, which was highly unprofessional. 2. Poor location: the hotel's location was difficult to find, and i spent nearly an hour searching for it. The surrounding area was not well-maintained and quite dirty. 3. Room misrepresentation: the hotel description mentioned a king-size bed, but upon arrival, i found the bed to be very small. As we were three people, we couldn't adjust comfortably. 4. Unhygienic kitchen: although the room had a kitchen, it was so dirty that it was practically unusable. 5. Bad road conditions: the road leading to the hotel was in terrible condition, which caused damage to my car's axle wheel. Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they are looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The hotel is located in a very dirty area and the staff is requesting for extra money and demanding way. Washrooms are dirty and unpleasant smell

Manger was really help polite and nice and his team really excellent hope to stay in future. Recommend for others as well

Room was clean and tidy however flush and jet spray not working properly. Had raised complaint verbally but no action taken.

Worst experience staff is asking for extra money while checking or they are denying checking.they said they won’t give ac remotes as the money price is low even though i booked ac room after complaining to make my trip they allotted ac remote

Rooms are spacious but the location little in side from main road

Very bad, no water, some body knocks at midnight, waste, it waste of money not worth, nobody will like it

Stay is not good and the place is horrible, i didn’t stay there for 10 mins. Stay is far away from main road and it is located in narrow roads

Manager were not at all helpful very rude, also this is a budget hotel only one think was good rooms were clean
