Maine room bkd kiya and payment bhi kaur diya but jb hotel pahuche to hotel k staff ne extra paise ki demand ki auro room dene se manna kiya maine hotel k malik se bhi baat ki jo ki ek lawyer the unhone bhi room dene se safe inkar kiya jab maine complain ki baat kahi tab jake room diya uske baaed bhi unke staff ne battmiji ki aaj 5may24 ko timely 10:50am pe maine room check out kaur diya and jo bhi lunch ka paymnet tha wo kaur diya uske baaed unke worker ko room dikhaya and jo bhi chije room me thi wo sab check karne ko bola unhone jb achche se dekh liya uske baaed mai gently out hua register pe out ki baat kahne unhone kaha hm kaur dege auro aapka chk out hi ho jayega, please room ka price wo dikhaye jisase koi banda apni family k sath trouble pe na aaye auro nahi k oi usase extra demand kare isase banda mently torture hota hai so a apse rqst hai ki hotel owner se bat kare auro wo hi price dikhaye jisase owner ko loss na ho thanks.

Great hotel and great experience

The place is in a quaint locality, closer to the lake. It's quiet, and peaceful and has some really good views up on the terrace. The pool is clean and the room service is also very efficient. Food was great for all meals that we had. Staff is hospitable and very much approachable. Hope to come back here some day!

Very difficult to find in night time. Road is not proper from main road to hotel. Hygiene issues with bathrooms, bedding, blankets and mattress.

Great view, great host

Location of property is worth the money. Food and cleaning could be better. Fateh sagar lake view is best from top floor and rajiv gandhi garden just beside the property
