Hotel was cleaned. Receptionist did not accept the booking which we did. at the time of check out they asked payment from us. They told we need to pay through cash. Need improvement on payment and everything

Terrible experience

I have booked for a better room. But they provided me a non ac dirty room. The room was not even cleaned before providing it with dirty bed sheets and pillow covers. I checked in 3 hours before so they charged extra 300 rs. After 3 hours they didn’t even provide me the booked room.
