Hotel O Flagship Dream Connect

Everybody please be aware that this hotel will demand extra payment while you check in. we have faced with this experience, the hotel owner or the executive didnot let us in , after the check in.

Dream connect is one of the most horrible places to stay. The worst part in unwelcome behaviour. No facility for driver to sleep. Pathetic rooms. I had paid in advance (non refundable, still i preferred to move to some other hotel. Didn't check in inspite of making full payment.

1st denied to give room at booked rate. After that they charges 400/room extra.

When we reach to hotel at 11. 30 pm night they denied the booking and told there is only one room available and asking for rs. 1500 extra, after lot of argument he shifted us to different hotel which is far away and is in very bad location and not suitable to stay for us. As there is no other choice we stayed on night.

After i reach the hotel and showed the voucher i was told that i will have to pay an amount of rs 400 in cash to use the hotel. As i resisted to pay i was told by the owner that they are having some disputes with olx and so this amount has to be paid by us. I told him that what do i have to do with your disputes, i have booked through mm t and you can ask cash this way. After lot of resistance he give me the room to stay for the night. Mm t should take action against this hotel so that don’t harass the customers in future.

Asks for more money poor service

The room was clean and the service was also good nice hotel to stay. You can order food or if you want you can order food from the hotel too.

Good rooms with excellent service perfect staff behavior. Hotel location was awsome. Good environment
