Worst stay i have ever experienced . There was no electricity for the whole night and the hotel was full of noise the whole. Even we could not relax at our room after the whole day travel . And they show something else and provide the different room . After all ‘puri raat bina light ke pareshan rahe aur puchha to bol diya upar terrace pe jake baith jao’

Good location of hotel behind fort, view is mesmerizing, overall good experience

Instead of stopping me at the Abu Safari Hotel where the location was sent to keep me. There were no facilities of any kind in that hotel nor was any facility available to me. परंतु मेरा बिजनेस ट्रैवलर होने के कारण मुझे मुसीबत में वहां रुकना पड़ा

They said u are our precious guest but their service is totally worst. Not giving bath towel, no doormat out side of bathroom and bad smell in room

Soap, towel and other amenities were not available even after asking 3 times.

No shop no towels no amenity bad bevours. There for stayed for one one night as of booking i was supposed to stay 2 nights i re-booked ganesh hotel in jaisalmer.

Stay in this Hotel was pathetic. Staffs were lying in bed. They were indifferent to our check in . After half an hour they provided an ugly room, with Shabby torn linen. Broken window. After 2 hours and repeated requests they provided towel and soap. Lights were insufficient. Walls were very much damp. No cloth hanger in bathroom. No exhaust fan. Tap flash was out of order. No hot water.Door nob was malfunctioning. No calling bell. Every time ill behaved staffs were knocking hard on the door. Moulds in wall. Morning one staff enquired why I booked this broken room in lieu of Rs 1919? It was most pathetic stay in Rajasthan

Stay was good and we all enjoyed a lot we all are satisfied with the trip just if complementary breakfast could have been included it would have been great

Location is great, food is average, amenities are below average, hygiene is average. However i can consider this is good option if you are seeing property near fort.

Service is very pathetic, many time ask everything about service, tv, ac and hot water not working in all rooms. They are forcing us about jeep and camel safari, every time ask different rate for it. Food also not good. Overall not good experience with hotel.

Very good, the behavior of owner and staff is very supportive and helpful. I faced some hurdles as my journey is very unplanned but everything went smooth and awesome.

Dear sir/madam, our experience is terrible-1. Behavior of the owner of this hotel is very very bad. They forced and threat-ed us to send their another hotel in desard area and we had given them additional rs. 20, 000. Second day they allow us our original booked room for 6 hrs in their hotel for only one room. We are not local people and came from kolkata. This is our painful l travel in jaisalmer.
