The booking screen said two pints of beer free on thw day of check-in but the hotel says they cannot see the offer and therefore will not honour itthey will not honour

Awesome place and very professional and helping staff. Its value for money, room are very neat and clean, service is excellent and staff at front desk is very cooperative.

The staff and the food of holiday inn was fabulous and if we get chance to stay zirakpur again than we will always give first preference to this hotel because of its food,staff and facilities with they was provided us during our stay.

The environment of the hotel is in average the attitude of staff is not so good rooms are not so comfortable even pillow is not suitable as well as breakfast is so so normal the hotel is not so maintaining

i stayed from the 5th to the 7th . I had a comfortable stay . few hiccups here n there are fine. i do not know after 1 day why the sensor for the door didnt work,
