Very pleasant, extremely accommodative staff, you don’t feel like just customers but like respected humans.

Hotel room is good. All the hotel members very polite and friendly. Hotel location is good and view point is outside is so nice

It’s an old run down hotel, the rooms are worn out and uncomfortable, when mgm was managing it had a certain old world charm. We couldn’t stay even for few hours inside. The bed’s extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Stay was very good. Rooms were very clean. Food was like homemade food. Since it was near to the railway station, we could walk to the hotel very easily. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Great hotel with excellent service. Though the hotel was was newly renovated, we were the only guests in the entire hotel. Had complete privacy and the staff made sure that we had the best hospitality. Special shoutout to chef prabhu and subhash at the bar

As there was a denied check-in from hillworth resort, i was shifted by makemytrip to green sagar resort, mettupalayam. This resort was mentioning the swimming pool in their amenities, but it was not there. The resort was not comfortable for a family stay.

It was good stay with good room. It was with good view of coffee estates. It is about 3-4 kilometres from the city centre

I stayed for 2 days. The staff are courteous and cooperative. Even if it is a little far from the city center, it has a good view

Excellent location with very cooperative staff. Breakfast is also good. Terrace garden is excellent.

All staff and employees are really helpful and always available! mr. Santosh was really accommodating and catered to all our requests! rooms are really clean and neat. Washrooms also spacious and clean. Overall 10/10 to the staff and hotel!

The rooms have dust on floor, weak or no wifi connection in rooms, water flow from hot water tap is pathetic, only reception number works, windows cant be opened. Hotel staff attitude is good. Very hospitable. Hotel is 1. 4 kms away from coonoor railway station. Getting auto or any mode of transport is a challenge. Better take a cab. Also from good area like bedford circle or gray hills its 4. 5kms and autos charge 200 bucks for one side. Not a good experience although i appreciate the work of manikanandan from the hotel staff to help us better our experience.

Though the stay at hotel tamil nadu was comfortable but the interaction and grievance response from mm t was not pleasant at all. I faced a issue bcz of denied check in by the hotel and upon sharing the same with mmt, the response was delayed and entail number of calls from my side and waiting till late afternoon for a place to stay. Evan after all this trouble i was not compensated by mm t for the same.

The room was clean and neat and the hotel atmosphere was great. We had a terrible experience waiting for 40 mins to 50 mins for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Even swiggy will be faster to deliver if we order it online. Food was average and not worth the wait. We have ordered tea from the room but they have not given it instead and asked us to come down to the restaurant to have it. No lift in the property but it's okay since we managed to get the room on the first floor. Overall i could give 3 out of 5 stars.

To our surprise the hotel was not having any guests apart from us. We were scheduled to reach by 8. 3pm. The hotel staff called us to enquirer about our arrival time and insisted on having dinner on the way. There was no help from the room attendant. We were offered only 2 choices of breakfast and it was served in fixed portions. They served us 15 idlys like 5*3=15.

A good place for staying with family. The boys are giving services friendly. accommodation is so good...nice rooms and view point at room. Neat and clean bathrooms.. good places to usages.nice hotel at coonoor. Worth and good value for staying at coonoor..
