The property is one of the finest Hotels with a Resort type feeling.. The rooms are huge and very well done up. The view from the Rooms etc. is very beautiful, as the The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa is on the upper part of the hill thus the sunset view is just Wow. The Room service is prompt and the Food wether in Resturant, Breakfast or in Room Dining is just Excellent. We also used Spa, the too is Excellent and total value for Money. The Hotel has Rooms spread out like a resort but The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa provides transport at your call from any place in The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa to another place. The Travel Desk was also very efficient.. they helped in arranging cabs for travelling outstation to Chirapunji and also local travel inside shilong. The prices quoted were very competitive and the Cabs provided were right on time and clean. The breakfast is Yum and very well laid out. The location is very good you can easily go to the main areas of Shilong in a cab and reach is 10 to 15 min. This property is locally quite well known as Tripura Castle as this was the residence of the Maharaja of Tripura. Overall we as a family had an Excellent and a Very comfortable stay.. The The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa is highly recommendable for people to stay.

one of the best properties to stay for all tourist visiting shillong and cherrapunjee. it's lication us fantastic.nestled within pine firest but within shillong city with low built buildings with various facilities and in different levels give you a true hill resort feeling with experience of local cultural and cuisine . restaurants and club feeling with colonial feel will give a exceptional experience. Tourist might feel bit shortcomings in room service and quality of food. But ultimate experience will give the waoo feeling.

The property is located away from the hustle of Shillong. It’s beautifully nestled in a forest. Between the older rooms and the newer ones, I think I’d prefer the newer ones; simply because they’re modern. The staff’s care was lovely. As many pointed out the service staff at the restaurant (breakfast) truly need better training. Else the stay was superb. Know that Shillong is a cold place. The newer rooms have stone floors while the old ones are wood. This makes a difference to the warmth.

Started on an unpleasant note, ac was not working for 1 hour. Then we were shifted to another room upon complaint. Mm t booking promised a stocked complimentary minibar, but as per The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa, they have stopped providing stocked minibar to all rooms. It was mmt's mistake. We got an amazing room with great views. We enjoyed the tattva spa in the property and the people were highly trained. Loved it. Good breakfast spread. Food was also good.

Dinner on all 3 days was pathetic, restaurant service was too bad. In THE RICE COURT restaurant, one dark skinned , fat looking manager sits, he doesn’t know how to deal with their guests. The butlers are neither Frank in Hindi or English. However cottages were comfortable, room service, baggi was very fast. Breakfast was average. Property is really beautiful.

My overall experience was good. However, on the day of checkout, the geyser was not working. Although the The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa staff tried their best to fix it, they were unable to do so. Unfortunately, this caused a delay of 2–3 hours and we missed the opportunity to visit some local attractions at Shillong.

The location was outside the police Bazar .very good food available at a reasonable price. all night food available. Breakfast menu is also very good.

Our stay was satisfying with just the ambience we look for far from the crowded& traffic jam noisy shillong city Our walks were so invigorating the air so fresh that we would have liked to stay more but...

Excellent stay. The independent cottage is fabulous, will all amenities but in the mid of nature. Well behaved staff and helpful.
