property and locations is nice .Food is Good but the staff is very arrogant and rude. Staff answers back rudely and arrogantly on queries

I had an amazing stay at Cloudchat Hotel in Dharamkot. The food was absolutely deliciousfresh, flavorful, and perfect after a day of exploring the hills. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. But the highlight was definitely the view breathtaking mountains and peaceful surroundings that made every morning special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway

Good - Location is good, service is good. bad - Their premium deluxe room was equivalent to a deluxe room only. it was on the ground floor next to reception which makes it noisy. plus it was very small. 7k per night was way too much for this.

The stay was good rooms were neat and clean staff was helpful but i have only one complaint regarding food i ordered i didn’t like the taste rest everything was awsome

Cloud chat is a good property to stay at. Their food is very good, the indian food, breakfast as well. We wanted to try the local food, but didn't get opportunity but I was very happy to see local food on the menu.

The location of the hotel is really beautiful, and the staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall the room is value for money.

Peaceful location but bathroom needs to be more tidy and are smelly, things like exhaust fan, toilet soap, bucket missing. Room phone not working.

We stay at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. We had a mountain facing room which was very well appointed. The room was neatly done up and ready even though we hand checked in before time. The check-in at the hotel was smooth. The staff at the front office as well as housekeeping were very cooperative and addressed all our needs with a smile. Food, which we had over breakfast and dinner was tasty and the quality was great.

Location of the hotel was amazing. Stillness of the area was very impressive. Hotel restaurant and food was very good. Services were good. Only negative was the manager at reception was not soft spoken.

The stay was pleasant and very good. Although the power was out on first day but they had put the generator on.

The experience was not good at all , the staff is very rude /arrogant especially the person serving food in room dining Also the condition of jet in washroom the doors are not closing properly, the locks not working at all soo much trouble we had to face and we had gone too relax 🤮

We stayed here from two nights. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms are clean with all basic amenities. We booked a room with breakfast which was not buffet but they provided everything with asked for in breakfast. Location is also very good away from crowd of main market. Overall very good experience.
