ZAC BEACH RESORT

We booked zack beach resort for our recent goa trip stay around 2months back. When we reached there we came to know that the said property was sold by owner and new management doesn’t know about our reservation as we informed this to makemytrip they arranged an alternate equally good property. When we reached there it’s just like a slum lodge with no service no water dirty beds and smelly toilets. We complained the same to makemytrip and your person tried to contact the property owner. But they were not responding and we are not in stage to stay there not even a single moment we moved to another property in our own cost. You people when we are calling constantly telling that your area manager go there and inquire as property owner is not at all responding to your calls it’s simply a pure case of cheating and we asked for the refund as you people agreed and told that the process is initiated. Till now no money is credited and please do the needful for that and kindly avoid such things in future thanks you

Hotel location is perfect for people who want enjoy on the beach and easy access to other places and local trips arranged from hotel are good for new people coming from outside
Safety checks are ok, but should have been better in the current situation

Clean and beautifully designed rooms , truly a boutique experience, with all basic amenities. Great food. Courteous staff. Overall a pleasant stay. Everything about the property gets a thumbs up . The staff are ever willing to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Beach view location for specially couples & family. And service of this hotel is very good.

Parking is not free. We need to pay for outside property parking ( rs 300 day.

Food not good, service is too slow for breakfast. Just not worth the money and time
No parking which is the biggest problem cause you have to walk a few kilometers to reach here and the price they charge for the rooms is just not justified. They do not have even the basic services in the room and no buffet breakfast. You have to wait for more than an hour for your order to come. Really a waste of money.

Its very good stay at ZBR. Manager Mr Ashok is the backbone of ZBR. Congo bro. U just Rock. Keep it up.

The main advantage of this resort is it is exactly on the Calangute beach. The location is great but the hotel rooms are not clean and they are very small, more voltage fluctuation so AC won't work completely. Lady on front desk is good but some other guy in front desk was very rude. They don't clean room daily until you ask them to do it. Overall food average. Room bad. Location good.

It was full of joy near beach but breakfast not so good. It was poha without taste on first day, idli was hard on 2nd day.

Nice hotel on beach. Very nice and supportive staff. Food is good. Avoid package including breakfast, order what you like. Over all nice stay.

Prime location and a must stay at Calangute, near Baga.

Very good behavior staff, best location, rooms are very clean, nice food, nice breakfast, liquors are very low rates. Everything was amazing. If I will go to Goa again, I will go the same.

We were a group of 3 girls and it was the best trip we could have planned. Had a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to all the staff who took care of us and helped us have a safe trip.

The hotel's location is great. It is right next to the Beach.
