Umaid Haveli-A Heritage Style Hotel & Resort

I stayed with my two close friends in a Royal Suit for a day and would say it was a beautiful stay. The rooms are spacious, and the washrooms are good too. Rooms were spic and span. Room service was excellent as well. The staff was courteous. We also took the spa services but were not at all happy with the price we paid. Firstly, the masseuse was not too professional, and also, the shower room at the spa centre was pathetic. There was no water in the shower room, and we kept struggling to clean ourselves. Secondly, the breakfast options were also very few and also not good taste-wise. The property itself is very aesthetically done but they should look into their spa and breakfast services thoroughly.

Location and food was good, staff was a little less helpful. I needed a medicine and i asked at the reception to help getting it from medical store twice and both the times they refused to help since the store is far away and no one’s available to get it, later when we checked out we realised that the medical store was right across the street, 200 metres away.

My stay at the Umaid Haveli-A Heritage Style Hotel & Resort was very good..surrounding areas is very beautiful..the food is also very good..both swimming pool area is very beautiful..top floor pool is good but little bit small size..breakfast was good..such a good heritage property👌

The Umaid Haveli-A Heritage Style Hotel & Resort was clean and traditional in style. The ambiance was royal. The food was good. The staff was courteous. The pool was clean and nice. A nice place to stay if u r in Jaipur.

Hotel was good. Room was veru clean. Sweeming pool was veru nice. Its was clean and spacious. Play ground was also good. Enough game facility was available in Umaid Haveli-A Heritage Style Hotel & Resort for family.

Stay at umaid haweli was awesome.it is located in a very peaceful location.ambiance is quite impressive.food quality superb..I have never stayed in rooms like that ever.. wonderful experience.

Loved the place. It has 2 pools. The infinity pool was breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was great too. Such a well built property at very affordable price and the politest of staff. Loved my stay

Good Umaid Haveli-A Heritage Style Hotel & Resort, but facilities are not so well kept. Can do a much better job. Overall good experience here.
