great budget stay in Bhopal. Location near Ashima Mall made shopping and food super easy. Booking via Treebo Club also gave better rates.

The room was clean, the geyser worked well, reaching from ISBT was easy, and I felt safe for a solo trip.

Room was clean with a comfy sofa chair, AC worked well in the heat, and staff were cooperative. Overall, good value stay at Treebo Lotus Blue.

Treebo ka garden shaam ko relax karne ke liye best tha, khana ghar jaisa aur staff bahut helpful.

In my Booking it was mentioned Jacuzzi, but i got the room and confirmed twice from reception, and there was no Jacuzzi in the room, and high amount is charged because of that only by MMT.

No bathroom amenities were available. No water was there in the bathroom . Poor service . When complained to manager then manager kept saying ask to make mu trip as yu have not paid me!!

It was worst experience. special mention of jacuzzi , balcony etc on upgraded room so i booked upgraded room for these things ... but they have none of them ..... when i talked for these they said they will give compensation amount 3 . On second day i asked can i order 2 dishes on breakfast . The receptionist reply yes and also asked for a coffee he said only 2 main course will be available i said okk But but when i was checkout they asked asking to pay for the extra dishes on breakfast... 5. On the second day when i asked to clean the room he said ok after waiting 1 hr I again called and ask to please clean the room and again he said ok and after again waiting for 1 hour i again asked are u willing to clean the room he said mam it is not possible not u have to wait like it was already 2 hrs and finally on 3 pm someone came to clean the room ... I is not good for solo girls travellers as i travels alone in this hotel and i have faced many issue in two days

It was a terrible experience 1 ) the location is wrong in google so i was roaming around till 1 hour to reach hotel 2 ) as i reach hotel i new information came that there is no jacuzzi, no balcony, no private pool. I have thought that may be private pool is not their but balcony and jacuzzi. 4) for morning breakfast- i called, i asked can i order 2 things he said yes then i order 2 dishes and also i asked for coffee and tea but they refused and after 2 days when i check out they asked me to pay for 1 another dish of breakfast. Like seriously. . I have asked then i have ordered still you are trying to loot by asking for second dish. Even in room they have put a chart mentioning juice, fruit chart, 2 main dish, coffee tea but they have only main dish and none of them.

My booking was from 20 to 23 nov. 24 i reached hotel on 21. 11. 2024 around 4. 45 am with preintimation of late check in. When i reached at hotel, manager told that booking is cancel-led and denied provide the room and asked to find another hotel. After so much request he provides a very low grade room. No hot water in bathroom, no room cleaning, drinking water also need to ask every time. Food quality is average.

Hotel has a lounge and in house restaurant. The staff were very helpful and there were facilities available for guests with disabilities also. Room service was on time. Restaurant food was amazing.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. but Service can be improved, its bit slow.
