The hotel premises should be more cleaner Food is good,room service should improve Location is okay

Ok food average rooms size on main road highway easy to locate

average room, phone not working, food was good though. location is good in Hoshangabad road. basic amenities are there and working.

Hotel rated 4 star but it’s not 4. You can say 3 star. Breakfast in restaurants wasn’t fresh idli but poori bhaji was ok. They has to improve a lot but it’s not 4 stars at all

The hotel is decent according to the price the room was clean, although the plumbing and tv size could be better also the food was a little overpriced.

Location and other facilities of hotel are good but food is so expensive, otherwise all good.

Initially the given room was very bad, seepage, brockan tiles, Dirty toilet No hegein, Very pathetic situation after half an hour better room was given.

Room dranage was choke along with ac not working whole night

Spacious room and worth the money. Breakfast buffet had decent variety and the staff was friendly. Location was perfect for us as we needed to stay by our relative's home.

Washroom water drainage was completely blocked

Not a family- or kid-friendly experience. The staff lacked professionalism and showed little consideration for guests traveling with young children. Despite clearly informing them on arrival that I would not be staying—and promptly moving to another hotel—the property still marked the booking as a completed stay. Worse, they have not responded to follow-up communication from the booking platform requesting confirmation that the stay was not availed. This reflects poorly on their accountability and customer service. If you're looking for a place that values transparency, courtesy, and basic hospitality, I would recommend exploring other options.

swimming pool was empty and gym was not working

I stayed at Citrus Prime in Bhopal on 27th July 2025, and overall, my experience was pleasant. Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Location: Conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. Staff Service: The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. Comfort: The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with essential amenities like a working AC, clean bathroom, and decent Wi-Fi.

location is great for those who have work in hosangabad area, Shahpur, Naya pura. Rates are on higher side for food. rooms are bit old and most important I saw lizard in my room area. kindly do pest treatment. other than this it is nice hotel

Service provided is not as per cost paid. On asking for a foot mat, they replied to use a towel. On asking they provide a bucket, mug and stool for the bathroom. The fridge was not working, then replaced. The staff's behaviour was good, but the person who is in reception needs to be more polite. Thank you for the hospitality.

It was nice stay. Rooms are good and spacious. But Room ACs need to be serviced and its capacity should be as per room. Overall it was a good stay

The hotel was over utilized, Bed sheets were spoiled. Food was average service was slow. Cleanliness was poor. Floors were dirtly. Towels were clean but over utilized
