Poor service is there. Tv was not working. The access card for the room was not working. Every time i had to call reception to send someone with a master card to open and lock the door. Suggest another good hotel near soochna bhawan

The location is perfect. However poor service. You will not get ro water until the restaurant open. It means from 10pm to 8am. There is no water to drink. You have to purchase the water. Rooms are below average.

Nothing works there. Even thebkey card was not working and they kept sending the master key every time on my entry and exit. Room service very bad. Will pickup the phone only when they feel like food was also pathetic. And no one cares. Linen and room was very dirty. Over all a pathetic experience.

We find it make my trip but the service and service boy way of taking is very bad bathroom utility also not given we called five time at last he say we didn't provide u towels and other utility bathroom door and lock is damege all the part like bed pillow also is not clear

I have hotel booking including breakfast but 9n arriving hotel denied to provide breakfast and room pics shown in hotel are also fake in real rooms are very dirty

The stay was enjoyable, and the room had a cozy feel. And the staff was attentive to our needs.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was always willing to help.

1-door lock is not working, even after complaining, it is not resolved. 2- i had booked room which include breakfast, but hotel denied for breakfast, 3- jet spray is not working. 4- when i checked on google map, it is showing that hotel is 1. 5km from gandhi nagar railway station, but in actual it is around 100meters only.

Stayed for a few hours, and the room was tidy. The staff ensured we had a good experience.
