THE TERRACE by Citrine

Lots of noise from school students. I think they came from north for a school trip. Our next door rooms were accommodated by these students. Our whole sleep was disturbed because they were making noise, ringing the call bell and so on. The most irritated thing was at morning around 5:30 one of the teachers rang the bell, when we asked she told that, she thought the room was occupied by her students. I think it was the mistake made by THE TERRACE by Citrine staffs who gave accommodation for family in between school students.

The property is well maintained. no issues with water or electricity. the food was delicious and fresh and top of that it was affordable. the rooms were spacious with centralized AC and room service was prompt. the rooms were very clean and properly maintained. washroom had no single dirt stain. the only issue was the network of the WiFi. loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at the THE TERRACE by Citrine yesterday. The service was excellent, with every staff member being attentive and professional. The rooms were exceptionally neat and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. A special mention to the receptionist whose warm care and welcoming attitude truly made me feel at home.

Good quality rooms. Courteous staff. Good quality food. Food reasonably priced. Very near to Railway station and Secretariat at Thampanoor. Roof top facility for parties. Well maintained. Spacious rooms. Good air conditioning and hot water supply. Good housekeeping. Overall well managed.

Location as well as food was good. Staff was helpfull and very co-operative. Room was neat and clean . All electric appliances were in working condition and well maintained. Over all it was a nice experience..Thank you MMT

This THE TERRACE by Citrine is very near to the temple. The rooms were spacious and food was also good. Overall reception is also responsive.

Good ambience and nice food, only thing needed to improve is their corridors are not maintained properly
