Maintenance of taps was not done and tv was not working for four days also there was foul smell in the room

Not cleaning properly. Bad services.

It was very horrible because of no restaurant there. In room keep a telephone but not working. No communication from room to reception. I am stayed 3rd floor. It's a lonely place not get help from other because no contact person in nearest. It any urgent matter you are collapse at all.

Good location very near to railway station and bus station. Just to refresh we can use this hotel. We can't expect more than this.

Wonderful stay with nice big rooms, very close to railway station and central bus terminus. No problem to get any public transport and very convenient to commute.

Average hotel at budgeted price and worth your money

Shabby maintenance of hotel and restaurant. Hardly any customers visit the restaurant-unclean & poorly trained waiters.

The hotel is very clean and located conveniently near the railway station though u will need some directions to reach the exact place but which the staff provided very easily. You get a very clean room and is definitely worth what you spend.

In the absence of a detailed photo of the room and the fact that it is Kerala, which is by and large clean. I expected a mosquitoless room with bedsheets. There was too much of the former and none of the latter to cover oneself with. The room was in other words a dump. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The location was fine. But I spent two sleepless nights due to the mosquitoes. The hotel only offers a very polluting mosquito coil which fills up the room with smoke and no goodnight. The windows have no jaali and that is a problem. Also it is 3 km from the venue of the festival I was attending.

It is completely a value for money stay. The location is absolutely best for a quiet, but within the city spots. There are a lots of restaurants around the hotel. Service was above average. The receptionist was kind and supportive. He understood my requirements and could support me for the clean stay.
It was overall a value for money stay. The hotel is at a convenient location from the Railway station and sightseeing places around.

It is near to Bussta and railway station. But near to this hotel no restaurant is there the facilities are too good. Great.

Good only for stay. There isn't any restaurant service even to have a coffee you need to go out, I had a very short stay in there as I needed only a place to sleep so it was fine with me.

5 minutes walk from station, nice location, calm place, big hotel .. Quick check in and check out .. Worth for money. Staff are friendly .. I didn't have food .. So no comments on that. Parking space available.

Average in facilities. It is very old hotel. Bed sheets are not washed/dirty. When I enter the room for the first time, sensed bad smell. Open the doors for 1 hour to reduce the bad smell. But this is okay for the charges. Walking distance to central railway station. Near to hotels. But rooms are not good. You may consider this hotel just to keep the luggage and sleep without expecting much comfort.

It was nice hotel but I felt one thing their is any restaurants in nearby and hotel have no kitchen. Very old hotel in trivandum city. The staff all talk well and room services is so nice whatever it may be good for budget
