Location is ok food is also good but room cleaniness is below average carpet is not cleaned dirty and whole room is stinking like gutter every time am entering the room its smells like gutter pillow covers have stains on it also there is no warm welcome from the reception people cold attitude not at all welcoming 😒 very unhappy with the reception people and cleaning person who takes care of cleaning everytime am coming out from room or going out somewhere that person is disturbing element interrupting again and again rest food is good .

Sweet and sour experience at hotel Namah

Location & amenities of the hotel is good but pathetic experience in the following areas: 1. tea time in open lawn is worst as the staff couldn’t handle the demands at a time. My stay was for 2 days and I saw mismanagement at tea time on both days. My suggestion is to implement token system if hotels have limited staff. 2. Zero coordination of parking staff. I have already informed valet parking staff, night before check out but after check out, waiting for almost half n hour for my parked vehicle. All were looking helpless and moving haphazardly to get back vehicle from the parking. However, rooms and F&B of the hotel is good.

We had such a wonderful stay at Namaha Resort! From the moment we arrived, everyone from the entrance and reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, welcomed us with smiles and a heartfelt “Namaste.” Our room was even upgraded from Standard to Superior without us asking, which was such a lovely surprise. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the whole resort is really well maintained. The food was amazing. A special thanks to Shyam at the restaurant, who went out of his way to make both our dinner and breakfast memorable. Even the chef, standing a little far away, noticed us and greeted us with a polite “Namaste Sir” with folded hands—such a thoughtful gesture! Honestly, if you’re looking for a place with great hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious food, I’d definitely recommend Namaha Resort. We had a truly wonderful experience!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Namah Nainital has very well trained staff with good empathy. One of my family member needed a medicine urgently during our stay from 18th to 21st July. They helped me get that medicine in a very short notice. We love to walk post meals and we had a wonder conversation with thier gardener who explained us about local herbs and shrubs of Nainital. Food served during breakfast and dinner was gut friendly and delicious. Property is well maintained. Me and my family had beautiful memories during our stay in Namah Nainital. We wish to visit again in future.

I'll start with a first note- It was a heavy season,with hotel almost fully booked Parking - A little congested,but got a small spot to fit my car. They have drivers who'll manage ur car after that. Check in- I had requested for a early check in,but hardly got anything on that. Room took a lot of time to get ready,and I hardly got my room 30 min prior to standard check in time. I feel it cud have been arranged at a little priority since I was at the reception @9am to avoid traffic which is a problem at hill stations des days Room- Clean,well decorated,no complaints..I hv almost stayed in Nainital, Shervani hilltop,ayar,channi raja.. Rooms I cn rate 4.5/5 The gem was in house shop (souvenir etc) First time in my life I hv seen a shop selling stuff at competitive rates with market,and even cheaper Coming to Kids play area etc- All good Dinner was 4/5 Breakfast was very very good..The menu,taste,, remarkably good.. 5/5 Shuttle service available free of cost and handy Overall a nice stay, recommended.

Good stay , property has been upgraded from a 3 star to a 4 star category ... property is good however they lag in cleanliness , timely cleaning of room is not a priority for the new chain . Food is good , panorama restaurant is great with people like Pankaj doing a fantastic job. Overall good experience but needs improvement in terms of cleanliness .

Overall it was great experience. They upgraded our room on their own which was really a great gesture. Breakfast is nice but limited options available.
