The overall stay was good, and the staff was cooperative. However, there was one problem with the room: there were many cockroaches on the bed. Please check on this issue. Other than that, there were no problems with the hotel.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it!

Basic facilities not provided like Room is alloted at third floor but no lift service is there plus i have to carry my own luggage. Water bottle and Towel was not provided.

I had a very disappointing stay. I had booked a suite but was initially given a normal room and only after arguing with the staff was I allotted the suite. Even then, the AC did not work properly, the TV had no recharge, and the amenities were outdated and poorly maintained. Basic toiletries were also missing. Overall, not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth the price.

Location is good but property needs to be maintenance and pest control, There’s lot of cockroaches in the room , AC not cooling properly

now the owner and staff are changed because of the property owned by oyo but ya they are cooperative staff

Hotel room was stinky and there is some party going on and people shouting in front of the room. Not good for female

Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Lovely hotel near to termini station, easy to reach any place you want to visit, ill re-comment it to anyone and i visit it again if i come back to krishna presidency

No hot water no cleaning no wifi same breakfast for almost 3 days. No image are taken

Excellent property within the heart of the City. Everything approachable, just 30 min distance from Airport and 5 min from the railway station.

I checked in at 7:30 in the evening. When I asked for a check in, the person at the reception denied saying talk to your Oyo or make my trip, they have charged very less. I said it's not my duty to look into this, I have booked a room, at a given price, you talk to whoever the concerned person is. I did call the support staff of the MMT but nobody responded to a poor service experience. Then after sometimes, he asked to check-in as he will talk to Oyo or MMT personally. Upon check-in he gave me a cornered room, the worst room of the hotel I think, the sink was not got, bathroom was not clean, the room was given me next to their service room where they keep their dirty bed sheets and pillows etc. I cannot open the room door for a while. Stay was ok. Not a good experience.

Had issue with the booking. Also the washrooms were choked. Won't visit this plan ever again.
