Nice hotel best services clean rooms good behaviour staff best location near the highway best price

Stayed only for 1 night. The property is vrr dirty. No maintenance at all. Tv not working, no drinking water

Hotel location was good. However due to ongoing construction and renovation work cleanliness had become and issue. Bed sheets were not cleaned when checked in.

This is worst ever stay i ever had. The room is unclean, the bedsheets are dirty, the towels are smelling and the worst os the washroom is so dirty that it is unusable. Reached out to reception for help multiple times but no help or any cooperation from thier side

Found property in dirty condition. Situation of room was horrible. Bed, blanket, linen in dirty condition. Washroom was dirty and tap was broken. Entry door had a big hole. Basic amenities were not provided. Terrible experience staying at this property.

The hotel is pathetic and the rooms are like dustbin. If tell them to clean the room, no response hotel peoples. The blanket are dirty and all are unwashed. Cockroach was dead inside the room and no one cares about that.

This property once used to be among the best properties in that location, but i have been experiencing horrible experience for last two times so have decided to blacklist this property from my list, rooms were all dirty no maintainance at all, no wifi service, staff was really rude during check in, bedsheets had red stains and there was one rat also, due to urgency i had to stay and couldn’t argue that time please avoid going there

Housekeeping - big zero, bed condition - very bad, no toiletry, even no hand wash in washroom after many reminder, they provide used towal after many requests.

The hotel DID NOT have the following: cleanliness food wifi room service door keys ( yes my room dint have a key) mugs in the washroom doormats A.C, T.V remote * The location was good, average food options. THERE ARE 🪳 EVERYWHERE

Worst ambience, doors had holes and the locks werent operating. It was clearly lack of privacy and safety for customer. Stagnant water in the washrooms and was stinking. Fan made lot of noise and room was smelling foul smell. Bad response from the incharge there even after complaining
