not clean and power cut they do not provide mineral water and also unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Very bad experience (unclear room, lift not working, no parking facility, hotel under construction) no support from staff

So property location is good. U can get bus for vrindavan at the gate of the property. All other temples are nearer to the site. Food is also good.

No food given by the hotel authority, although it is within the contract of booking the hotel. No regutator of fan and also of ac. No cleaning. No lift. Terrible. Meal charges is very high. Irrational.

After booking brekafast and lunch complementary but they didnt provide any food even they are switching off the ac whole day only switch on for few hours during my stay

they charged every single thing like breakfast, water etc.even it includes your booking.Every time they ask you to call your booking partner like OYO for clarification.Rooms are small and dirty you will find lots of insects in the room.I never ever recommend this to anyone.

Hotel is at prime location, on national highway and easy for transportation for entire mathura. Value of money & polite nature of hotel staff and 24 hours service

It was good hotel and small thing was there that outside view was not well as expected

I stayed there for 3 days during holi and daily i needed to commute to different places. The location was near the chawarah and i easily get the autos to go anywhere around.

There is no towel accessories in the room. Otherwise. All good money value mmt is best deal for the accommodation. They also provided fooding etc. Situated the best location connected to everywhere mathura vrindavan darshan.
