Super Hotel O Day Springs

They were closed the gate when i arrived there, i kept calling them almost 15 mint, ac not working, bes is very very small for two persons, very small room, cant even breath, washroom was very very smelly, totally disgusting experience whats so ever

Rooms with no cleanliness whatsoever things including the bedding provided for use in the room are very poor. The room is in a very cramped and small room, and the only thing in the room is a room in a dirty condition. You can get other better rooms for this amount of money. Please don't take a room like this.

Very poor experience. It is a renovated building but not properly renovated. The switches were not fixed and was in hanging condition. Bathrooms were not clean, it seems that they are least bothered about hygine. May be considering the amount they gave a big room where the ac was not working properly and the ceiling fan is dead. So asked for the assigned room. Where i felt this much of complaints. Even they have hanged a dangler in the room regarding the wifi connectivity and breakfast but this two things are fake, there is no service as mentioned.

Hotel is very good. Staffs are very polite. Good experience. Everything is ok. But comparatively rate is high

The stay was not ok. There is no ac room when i reached. No pillow cover no bedsheet. I am not happy with my stay. There is only 9 rooms and 18 bookings. If no rooms are available means don't provide the booking sloughts

The property is situated at a distance of less than 2km from ksrtc, kottayam, opposite to municipal guest house.

It was a pleasant stay. Requested for an early check in. They upgraded me to a better room with a little more amount. Arranged for a vehicle for drop next month. Rooms were clean and staff was courteous.

There was no bellboy to carry our luggage, and we were given a room on the second floor. The wi-fi also wasn’t reaching the room. The manager didn’t even bother when we told him. The room also was small, and untidy.

The rooms are really clean and tidy. The bathroom was also neatly maintained. They provide towels, which are also clean.

Pros, are decent hotel, clean, close to main road, railway station, arranges food, economical, safe cons, no lift

I gave booked for a one day stay with my daughter on 1 st november . My daughter's school chess competition at MD SEMINARY is our purpose of stay. But from there (OYO Day Springs 24453) they wanted ₹100/- more for getting the already booked room. At that moment we have no way to get a second room. So that I paid the amount. Behavior and approach of the reception is good.

It was a nice stay here. The staff is very friendly. The room is also good. I'm satisfied with their services. Good stay for family also. I got a secure feeling from there. Car parking slot also available. I will stay next time also If I needed!🙂
