Checkin took more than an hour. Started preparing room after making payment at 9pm. Unsafe parking. No water for 20min. No hot water for 40min. No functional tv. Bad food. No extra bed. Unhygienic pillow covers. Dirty bathroom. No towels. Hell.

Cost is very low. It is nice place to stay. Tv system not working. Pl advice to in charge to take care of toilet cleaning. As air port 11 km far, early morning taxi availability poor. On charges basis hotel should help.

Very bad experience, hotel not provided the breakfast, even we have breakfast on packages. Non hygiene hotel, bad sheet are daurty

The hotel is located near the airport but far away from lucknow city. The reception guy is very helpful and wears a smile all the time. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. They also allowed us to order food from outside and recommended near by good restaurants also.
