pretty average and borderline poor. no hot water. dirty towels and blankets. irresponsible helper. it was just ok for the price and location

we reached around 3:00 a.m to the hotel, fast onbroad but we faced issue like 1. toilet tank water leaking continue 2. hot water is not coming apart from this there is no issue nice view of Tirumala hil

Location is good. However, it is a very basic hotel. Only room is available. No room service. No bedsheets, towels were not clean. For tea/coffee and everything we have to come out and walk 200m to nearby tea stall or restaurant. We had booked room for two nights but checked out after one night and moved to another hotel. Waste of money. Don't list this hotel in MKM.

Rooms are not worth for the amount being paid. Toilets in the room were not cleaned properly. The room and the toilet (bathroom) were stinking. Not a good hotel for the price being paid. Waste of money

Very conveniently located. Neat and clean and good hospitality. Like to say that exhaust fan was not working.

Room is well maintained. Bathroom is clean. Worth for the money. Staff is cooperative. Good for family stay also.

Hotel staff is hostile. There is no restaurant in hotel, but there is very good restaurant at nandi circle nearby. Otherwise stay was comfortable. I was given non ac room when it was not mentioned this in property detail.

The service was good it was all over night. We were getting hot water anytime. The amenities were also good. I would give it a five star rating

The rooms were neat but not great. Very small rooms and not worth the price we pay, we can get better rooms for this price in tirupati

The hotel is located at the tirumala down. You can walk to tirumala ghat road from here. We generally carry our own blankets and bedsheets. But, this hotel has super clean and fresh bedsheets. The entire property is so clean that you can happily walk without any footwear. The wash room was so clean with 24/7 hot water. The room has one window where you can enjoy the tirumala ghat road view. The hotel supplied tulasi and sunni pind soaps which were so amazing that i asked for extra while checking out. They gave us 2 water bottles. The hotel does not have a restaurant but you can go by walk or order food online. There are plenty of food places nearby. This is located exactly opposite to divyaramam park, and also near to kapila teertham.

This place receptionist guy was rude and didn't know how to behave. I booked hotel through mmt app at 10 30 pm, and checked in at 11pm. This person was shouting telling i should have mandatory xerox of the booking. Even after showing booking pdf, he tells the same. Then he tells why i booked in mmtc just half an hour before, usually they don't allow. Had to spend half an hour in reception before getting room allotted. Also collected rs. 500 extra as deposit. Strong no for this place.

The hotel is pretty unclean considering the rates they charge. The bedsheets were unclean, the pillow covers were positively dirty which clearly showed that they hadn't been washed or laundered for many days. To add on to this, the rooms were not swept it looked like with random strands of hair accumulated in corners of the room and the window sill. If this quality of the rooms would have been known, we would have gone ahead and booked a simple guest house instead of taking the effort to book a proper hotel room. Definitely don't recommend the place for this price.

The hotel staff was quite disrespectful. They are more concerned with increasing revenue than with assisting customers.
