Shivaay Morex

We had a generally comfortable stay at the Shivaay Morex. The staff were helpful, and the resolution to our main booking issue was handled well: we had reserved 3 rooms through MMT, but the Shivaay Morex's system only showed 2. They acknowledged this was likely a communication error with MMT and provided the third room at no extra charge, which we appreciated. However, there were several notable discrepancies between what was advertised on MMT and what we experienced: 1.Misleading Room Views: Promotional images heavily feature mountain views, but our rooms (on lower floors) offered no such view. This wasn't mentioned during booking or check-in. 2. Missing Advertised Amenities: Key amenities listed on MMT, like a welcome drink and essential in-room accessories (specifically a kettle), were not provided. 2.Limited Breakfast Options: The advertised breakfast menu listed 6 distinct options, but only 3-4 were actually available during our stay, making the meal feel limited and not as described. Potential guests should be aware: Verify specific room views (floor/guarantees), amenities, and current breakfast offerings directly with the Shivaay Morex before booking through any third-party site to avoid disappointment.

The Shivaay Morex is overall good, though cleaning still lacks as the mattress are not that clean. We asked for a room change because of a mold smell, and the staff was courteous and changed our room to our request to a room with balcony. Location is great at the heart of bhagsu which is really great.

Very fine Shivaay Morex. Excellent value for money. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Location is excellent. Everything is available within walking distance.

Best place to be in, excellent food and hospitality. Staff really looks forward to catering to all your needs and requests. The place is really clean and tidy. Enjoyed being at shivaay.

The people there were of helping nature and the property was also at a good location. Lord bhagsunag temple was also at a walking distance and street shopping was also near by
