Terrible Stay

We had a horrific experience to begin with. There was no confirmation from the management on the booking. When we checked in, we realised the villa is very old and no where what it shows in the photos posted by the management. The AC was not working and electrican was working to fix when we checked in. Which he failed to fix even after 4 hours. When we informed the villa management on this, they didn't even respond to us. The washroom was not clean when we checked in. The washbasin drain was broken and was spreading waste water on the floor. The electrical switches were not working and coming out. Later we had to loop in MMT customer support. Only by the evening were moved into another villa. Which was good. The common pool is only available till 7/730 max in the evening.
