location was good, staff was very humble, and food was also nice , the hotel was very clean, there was also too much space

The overall stay was satisfactory, the TV was not working and there were very minimal options of lunch and dinner available. The breakfast was nice. The staff was also nice and helpful.

The property was way third class . be it location . Parking or services. It does not worth . I want to understand how to empanel the resort and why I have been charged annomoiusly double rate . Kindly arrange for refund Reason - No convenient parking available, RO water serviced , no food available as chef on leave, no night security

Average property, small 16 inch tv without connection due to discharge of pack, power supply only for 12 hrs. , no electricity, only inverter available for fan and light.

Once you have booked the room, you are stuck. The rundown property is listed as Three Star Property!!! Really???, a down market lodge has better rooms. They don't have the concept of hygiene and safety: the room, furniture, wardrobe, bedsheets, chairs, walls all are having layers of dust and stains , the wash basin is clogged, the bathroom is dirty, as if it has not been cleaned for ages., The owner himself admitted that the room is not a Prime Room given to us. I STRONGLY DEMAND MY ENTIRE REFUND FOR THE LOUSY AND THIRD GRADE SERVICE PROVIDED . I have all the supporting pictures with me to substantiate my statement. I have all the pictures, dirty pictures of the room

Don't know how mmt gives ratings and decide rates for such hotels but it was not expected for me to spend like 3x and get such a poor experience.

Best location, cleanest lake, near to boating area and aquarium cafe one should try it once recommended forall age group

Very bad, i asked room service to clean the room room serve boy is totally ignored. Tv was not working. Toilet, rooms, bad everything is uncleaned.

This was my worst experience i had booked a room for 3 guests but arrangements were for only 2 guests i had booked a premium room but it was a below deluxe room, room was not clean, prices were given of premium but it was not

Good location, view from balcony, specious room. Room service, ok. Very basic, minimal b/f. Like to have more choices. At least, add a fruit - banana/papita /any seasonal fruit. Ramp to car parking needs cement plastering in order to avoid slipping of car tyres while climbing on to the car parking area.

Location - 5/5, food -4/5, service -5/5, overall an amazing stay and very peaceful. The view of bhimtal lake from the property is amazing and evening vibes are great

The hotel staff service is excellent, food was average not many options in breakfast. The location to bhimtal is minimal, you can walk to the market. Safe for kids. You can ask for a cab service from the hotel staff itself. All over good experience if one is visiting bhimtal.

Lake retreat bhimtal is a good resort for family. Rooms are cream and tidy, food is good and location is awesome. Boating for kids is hardly 1 min walking from hotel. Kanchi dham is approx 25 kms from hotel which is a plus point. Overall a very good experience.

Great stay at lake retreat bhimtal. Wonderful location, very near to lake, all lake view rooms and wonderful food. Cleanliness wise also the hotel was up to the mark.

I stayed for a night with my wife at this property and we were surprised that how come a hotel with such a huge room price is so filthy. The room were smelling a lot and there were earthworms every where in the room and in the washroom and inside the toilet seat. After complaining the property care taker was not responding and refused to acknowledge. I tried to speak with the manager but he reffed by saying that i am the manager and i cant provide you the number of the owner. And for a room with a price charged of rs. 5000 per night, they didnt even provide you the packed water bottle, instead they give you tap water. I will not recommend this hotel for stay.
