Poor management

Bad room service, no co-ordination, extra charge for one matters which is already paid at the time of booking etc. This hotel doesn't deserve to partner of Oyo rooms.

Terrible Stay

Not clean and hygiene. Bedsheets, towels and blankets were full of dirt and stains.

Well sized rooms. Okay location. Need better services

No complementary water bottles provided. Regular water provided was dirty. No management regarding breakfast, tea, coffee. Room was clean and is near mall road, within 5 min walk. Courteous staff. Had it not been Oyo, this property would have not gained these guests.
