Our experience at this property was quite average. The food quality was mediocre, and we found the pricing slightly higher than expected. Additionally, reaching the location was quite time-consuming, taking approximately 5–6 hours of travel. A major concern for us was the lack of accessibility. My mother has a leg condition, yet we were assigned a room on the third floor despite the property not having an elevator. This made our stay quite challenging and inconvenient. Overall, while the property may have some positive aspects, better attention to accessibility and service considerations would significantly improve the experience for future guests.

Best budget hotel in mussorie. Well mannered staff. Excellent food, especially breakfast. The only concern is the location which is a little far from mall road. But the hotel provides complimentary pickpup and drop to the mall road.
