The stay was good with a view to the ooty railway station. The staffs were really helpful and was a call away. Only issue felt was the presence of flies during our check-in, but after we entered the room, they flew away from the room.

room size is fine. Toilet seat was broken, had to make adjustment as we had only 1 day stay. hot water comes only between 7 till 10 am. No food service, zomato or Swiggy. g room size is fine. Cleaning was not proper, Sleeper was not available in wash room, Hot water facility was not proper, Cloth hanger was not fitted in wash room on door, Doors was very hard to open/close, In morning water was finished in wash room, Hand wash soap not available in wash room

Overall I recommend this property to everyone, Staff are polite, helpful and easily accessible to bus stand, railway station and markets all walkable distance around 300 mtr.

Hotel room was very clean. Hot water are available all time. Located at main road side where you can access to all locations easily and area is very safe. Staff are very good & cooperative.

Hotel check-in went smooth, staff is friendly and assisted their best with our needs. We booked toy train trip from ooty(uragamandalam) to connoor, station is walkable from this location. Had breakfast at nearest place(opp. To railway station) and was good with decent prices. Hot water facility available at limited time starts from 7 am.
