Excellent Stay The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. The amenities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

overall it was a good stay,nearby town,I had booked for comfort zone A but I was allocated comfort zone B by the owner as all the amenities were not as A and I also paid more for comfort zone A.breakfast was really good,which was served by them.While using bathrooms water blocked. I was disappointed a bit because of not providing comfort Zone A.

The room was extremely unhygienic with cockroaches, snails, and even leeches inside. The internet was not working, and when I raised these issues, the staff was rude and shouted at me instead of helping. Shockingly, they even told me I should have booked Lalitha Mahal instead of their property.

The Room was clean and tidy. The Dining area is pictureque with flush green plants, trees and mountain. The food was homely and tasty. I would recommend stay in this place is worthy.

Special token of thanks for the whiskey. location- Located at the top from where you can see hills and use the cozy view. food- homemade biriyani by Bro, sorry forgot the name, Sunil Sir, please pass my thanks to your younger son. amenities - Just tell them what you want, they will get that for you. services - Just home vibe staying far from your home.

The First Thing Comes to my Mind is Cleanliness. It's Spacious. We went as a Family 2A+2C and the property has 3 sofas, 1sofa bed, TV in the entrance room and in the bedroom 1 king size bed + 2 Single beds. The refrigerator and kitchen were there but we haven't used it. The bathroom is super clean and it has 1 Indian and 1 western toilet facility, Washbasin was inside and Shower, hot and cold machine stuff was there. When it comes to Bed Spread and Pillow Covers it was really neat and clean. No mosquitos and AC was not there and not needed too. Everyone had a fantastic sleep and we were tired after sightseeing.

Wonderful experience at this stay. Host mr. Sunil is awesome person and has very nice nature. The property is too good and is fully surrounded by beautiful flowers.

Excellent location away from the city. You get the vibes of staying in kodagu. Very neat and tidy place. Very well maintained. Everything you need is available in the homestay including high speed wifi. Owners won’t disturb you at all. Unless you need something from them. We enjoyed very much staying at comfort zone. It gave us home like feeling. I would like to thank especially daisy mam for her hospitality. She was very helpful through out our stay. During our stay we loved the traditional food made by her. It was very tasty and plenty.

The place is clean and peaceful. The property owner is very friendly and helpful. The place is not inside the main city filled with shops and crowd, but very close, in a peaceful neighborhood. The facility has parking space, and they provide kitchen with stove, cooking vessels and utensils. We have stayed in this property before too.

Location is excellent, food didn’t tried. Pool is average. Decent parking facility. Average staff. Overall okay.

It was a great stay, with the beautiful view, special call-out for the cleanliness of the room, it was really an awesome stay, if i visit madikeri again i prefer to stay in the comfort zone and i'll definitely refer my friends too.

Good homestay. Had all the necessities when it comes to the kitchen. Got breakfast and tea/coffee on time in the morning. Good people
