Experience was horrible. firstly, they waited us for a long even if my booking was confirmed and fully paid via MMT, then they didn't agree to give me the room I booked. i.e. deluxe room. they gave me a very small room. not at all similar to the photos. The person said that come directly to book with us and we can give you good room,otherwose for online booking these are only the rooms also no geyser was working, no proper locking on doors, handle was broken. Also, found many cockroachs in the room. He said the room shown in the images are for higher charges even though i have paid for same room via MMT.
