Hotel Platinum Inn

Is this the hotel? they have shown me the worst room. I haven’t stay over there because of room and hotel appearance. Also no any safety like windows damaged and anybody can come to room without key. My money is totally wasted.

1. Room was not clean like broken tiles, dull lights 2. Bathroom was not clean like it had a dead cockroach lying next to toilet, they gave only one towel and soap for 2 accomodation room, torn-ed mat for bathroom 3. Building was not noticeable. We had to search so much for it and spent lot of time on road searching inspite of communicating with them 4. We had booked 2 room which with same rate but we got 2 different types of rooms and when asked we got answer that one is deluxe and one more is normal. As it was too late night we couldn't talk much 5. One room had a broken mirror which was not noticed by them on which they noticed when we told them. 6. We got 2 types of rooms with size, amenities inside for same rate which was disappointed

Hotel was a old building with average looks but present in a prime area which is colaba in mumbai, mh

Dirty rooms, very dirty bedsheets. A lot of overbooking by some other people they were denied rooms so a lot of shouting and abuse back and forth

hotel room pic is very good but real not good. Location is very good and food restaurant good. My money is wastage. Room very bad. Hotel staff very good.

That hotel doesn’t have service

It is the worst place to stay plus it is not worth the money i have paid plus the rooms in the photos are not the same as in real n are very small, hotel staff is not good very unprofessional n totally not cooperative

Unhygienic, mosquitoes all over, service very late, not according to photos, it was very difficult to find the entrance too

My partner and i booked hotel at night. So, so many other hotels were not available. Atlas t we selected this hotel. Around 9 pm we reached here and the receptionist told that extra 500 should be paid if we want a room with attached bathroom. So we have paid 2500 rs total. They didn't even provided soap shampoo and not even a blanket.

Nothing worth to describe. Total bluff. Too dirty environment. Rooms are too small, beds is primitive, no service.

It was awesome hotel with good amenities and i have enjoyed staying there. Thanks to hotel staff and make my trip team

When we reached the hotel the staff was extremely rude to us. We were given a room which was extremely unclean with cigarette buds and cockroaches on the floor. The bathroom was too small with no availability of hot water. No blanket was provided we had to go and ask for it and later a a rug that was not washed and used previously was given to us. The hotel itself was shady and we could hear guests talking loudly in the night. The corridors were stinking with alcohol smell. Please do not book this hotel you will find something much better in this price.

Too small room, lots of cokroches, mosquitoes, insects, no facilities for drinking water, first time makemytrip used and face lot's of trouble
