good service, staff rooms all are good there is a little in check in but over all my stay at this hotel is satisfied

Once I reached the hotel they said that there are no rooms although i have paid , I also called the number given in the booking voucher, they said that upon calling customer care number , they will initiate refund but till now no refund has been processed , worst experience ever

The stay turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience due to the following issues: • The room was dirty and unhygienic. • The walls, floors, and bed were in very poor condition. • There was a persistent foul smell in the room. The condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable and far from what was promised at the time of booking. I was so uncomfortable that I immediately walked out of the hotel without staying even a single night. This was highly disappointing and a complete waste of my time and money.

Location good and service also good. Food also excellent. excellent ambience and atmosphere all arround. Polite staffs behaviour.

Hotel Care One Bliss was bad. Rooms were dirty & smelled. AC wasn't working. Bathroom was super dirty & gross. Not recommended.

Terrible experience, It was difficult to find the actual location and the stay was terrific.. we called before the check in time to just clarify about something's..still when we reached in the evening to check in.. everything was messed up.. no cleaning..ac was not working..no tv in the room and when we complained they gave us another room and that room ugh..the bathroom was clogged and doesn't work.. the hotel guys asked us to use another rooms bathroom..after waiting for hours we finally were provided with some decency of atleast having a working washroom..we had 2 days of stay and no tv was there.. nothing's good here.. such lazy and irresponsible person those guys have

the hotel air conditionar is not working. and bathroom was very bad

Room and toilet was very dirty, water was not there, The AC was not working properly additionally there was electricity off 2 times.

Hotel care one bliss, Noida location is nice and I have a comfortable stay there and the staff is very good and clean rooms

No power no backup and no one is there to listen you, it was nightmare to stay in the hotel, electricity is keep on fluctuating and very frustrating in this summer

Their was no TV. All dirty room... pathetic washroom ... i paid 1700 for this... worst ever .. no lift

When I went there the rooms were not empty, I waited for 1 hour and the bathroom was not clean and the bedsheet was very dirty overall the worst experience ever.

Very bad experience. Worst experience air conditioning systems r fail, cleanness and room service is zero

pros • big room • good wifi • i like washroom design - air conditioners is working in best condition - locate at main road - all required furniture is availabled cons • no dustin in this room • no water bottle, no hand wash soap, no towel • no regular maintenance, some switches has broken, tap leakage. •no satisfied by the cleaning conclusion - if you want to manage with this cons because of very reasonable price.then we can say good hotel in this price range.

we booked the room on 2nd May evening through make my trip. we reached hotel at 130 am on 3rd May. We were informed only one room is available , which was very dirty and unkempt. No fresh bed sheets were available. After repeated requested they provided new room only in the evening. unsatisfied.

Room was big, it had an AC (it was not working), a geyser, two tables, one TV point was there but there was no TV. The room was somewhat the same as shown in the picture but it was not maintained. The blanket was dirty, floor was not clean. There was no room service. I stayed there for 6 nights and when I checked in I asked to clean the room but no cleaning was done. I will suggest not to book this hotel Go, see the room and then book.

Never in my life have been to a place like this. Absolutely terrible experience! The staff not good, the rooms are shattered! I have photos for evidence. I booked for 2 nights, but I checked out in 2 hours! I let the money go! I request you to break out partnership with this property!

the room is neat and clean and service is good ,washroom is clean too , in this hotel experience is good
