Poor value for money
The toilet was soiled, the towels were not clean, the complimentary breakfast was not that good, very low value for money. Also took a hefty charge for early check in.

businessIt is a lodge, breakfast is served in the room as parcel, bathroom is ugly. Room floor is clean, walls are detoriated paint. Asked for a cofee im the moring, same has served in alu foil cover aong with a paper glass

Poor Stay
Room arrangement very poor in side toilet bad conditions very poor lights & tv not working break fast very poor

Everything is awesome and fully satisfied parking area is good enough regarding food i will say in my next stay this trip we had our food in a marriage

Great hotel for family stay
familyHotel property was good, ambience great. Received a warm welcome with a surprise hamper- being christmas - new year time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable spacious rooms and good amenities. Just outside the centre but quite location with shops nearby.

Lethargic
No hot water supply, ac temp was not adjustable, didn't provide breakfast early even after requesting ( not even tea was provided)

Good stay but too pricey
familyStay was good. Toilets were clean, breakfast was good. I feel the tariff is overpriced. Options in restaurants are less but taste is good. Staff is friendly. The property is 10km away from rock beach but it is fine.

Very small and compact room, far away from pondichery
Hotel is very far from main places and beach. Double rooms are very small. Washroom is too compact and leakage was there. Not worth the price tag

Good Stay
My stay was pleasant, staff were good, they have their own restaurant so it was veer convenient and the food was very good. Even the breakfast was compliment and good

The room and linen were dirty and in unhygienic condition. There was no option to control the air conditioner cooling.

Don't book a suite with double bed
groupWe booked a suite with double beds and had to pay 8k for that. When we reached there, they said that the ac is not working for the room that we booked. They accommodated us in a separate room and provided us a cot to meet the requirement. The whole "room" experience was bad. Breakfast was good. That was the only part which was good about the restaurant.

Good stay
Rooms are very good, clean with good ac effect and big wardrobe with hangers. Good place to stay with family members. Good to have our own vehicle to travel to centre of city and other places as this hotel is little far from it.

Hotel far away from the main town
familyThe hotel was around 8-9 kms from the main town, with traffic it takes around 30 mins at least to reach rocky beach. The room was also not well maintained considering the fact that we spent around 4k per room per night. There was no view from the room. However the person tried his level best sort out issues like bad smell from bathroom, extra pillows for my kid. The lighting also could have been better. We had the complimentary breakfast where a number of options were there like aloo paratha, idly, dhosa on request, milk for my kid was also provided.

Worst experience
Rooms are not clean, i have cheeked 5 rooms and finally compromised to adjust for 1 day and cheeked out in the morning. Hotel is not at all recommendable.
