The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, catering to every request with efficiency and a smile. The amenities, from the pool to the spa facilities, were top-notch, providing endless opportunities for rejuvenation and enjoyment. The dining experience was also outstanding, with a diverse range of delicious dishes crafted with fresh, local ingredients. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning resort nestled deep within a tranquil forest, and i can't praise it enough. The resort offers breathtaking balcony views that truly capture the essence of nature's beauty. Waking up to the serene sounds of the forest and enjoying my morning coffee while overlooking lush greenery was an experience like no other. The peace and quiet found here make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, this resort provides a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility.

Great peaceful ambience, good place even for bird watching, can see the forests, tea estates and even the Kabini peak at distance. Extremely friendly staff everywhere, really talented singer at their live music dinner. Cost wise they should work around. for suite room without TV/bathtub is expensive. No private pool, the common pool is great but the tiles are broken here and there. Indoor games they have chess, caroom and TT. They need to change the TT rackets as most are worn out. Overall a wonderful place to stay. No complimentary late check out as mentioned , 11am is their check out time, ideally it should be 12pm.

We went for a monsoon staycation and it was a decent experience. Firstly, the road to reach the resort is a bit tricky if it’s rainy season and it’s a self drive car with no hill assist. We couldn’t go sight seeing as it was raining continuously, but it was a good experience spending time in the resort. The view from the restaurant is breath taking, and the food was good. I personally felt the spa is a bit overrated. One issue is the room maintenance with gloomy weather. It was never dry. Once mopped, the floor never really dries nor do the moist curtains and towels. If you’re up for this, you can pick the place.

staffs are friendly and nice ambience with good atmosphere.. the feeling on offroad s damn cool & resort is well maintained whn it comes to cleanliness.. hospitality s good n on time…whn it cums to ourselves the vehicle shld b in good condition and hve to b carefull in the forest area while going bcz thr s no street lights on the way

Peaceful location amid-st nature. Food was very good. Service was prompt. Spa services can be better.

I would rate this resort as excellent. Had a great stay in midst of the forest, with cozy vibes. Beautiful scenic site, food is excellent and staffs are courteous too. Kids have nice swimming pool and a good play area. I really enjoyed this place.

Excellent location, good facilities, neatly maintained rooms.. right from receiving guests till check out process is very smooth.. excellent staff and I personally liked their way of approaching guests and handling queries or issues.. good restaurant with excellent kerala cuisines..

Good place to stay. Great room. Staff were very humble. hospitality was great. Pool was clean but very chilly due to climate. You get a feel of being in forest. Evening nature walk and morning trekking was great. trekking covered small part of forest, tea estate and ended with waterfall.food was delicious.
