Room is neat, would rate above average only as the room floor had some sticking substance to feet some time. TV is there but no subscription or recharge done. Wi-Fi is only available on the first floor and not on the second floor. A Wi-Fi extender would solve the problem.

very disappointing expriencs !!stayed in this hotel in Kochi. No one was there at the reception, the contact number on Google didn’t work, and no one came for cleaning. No cleanliness at all — bas apna aao jao, koi bhi nahi hai kuch puchne ke liye.

There is no breakfast available... But in your app says included breakfast. Really disappointed
