Excellent Stay

The stay at "pondy palace" was awesome. The bustling location of the hotel makes it easier for tourists to visit all famous places in pondicherry. As the rooms were all air conditioned, it gave us soothing atmosphere to relaxation. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate 4 people in a single room. Overall the stay was pleasant.

groupThe room mentioned in the description was 1000 sq-ft but the actual room was very small. The hall was not included in the package. The beds were very bad and the restrooms were not maintained. Overall the experience was very bad

There are so many mosqutios and they didn't clean the room, so many cigarette buds were in balcony not disposed, though they have mentioned water facilities are available, the bottle was empty. Not filled with water and glass were not clean. Totally the room and the balcony were dirty. No
