There was issue with water for bathing. No where no water heaters installed we had to wait for hours to get one bucket of water from the hotel because of which my time was wasted and also there were small ants all over the cot when I escalated they sprayed some medicines all over

dear sir, raining time solar will not working properly bcz of the weather, but we Arranged boiler water and informed you timings also but you are not followed timings, in our property solar and boiler installed connection to every room and WE PROVIDED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE thank you for your review

In that monsoon cold weather there was no hot water supply, Even after requesting we did not get the hot water, and it was limited to half a bucket, only in morning time after 8 am , In food very limited options with too much waiting

Room are not tidy. Bedsheets are not cleaning properly. Water came inside the room while raining

Disappointing stay. No hot water, room had a bad smell, and rooms were small. When we asked for a room change, we were told it would cost extra. To make things worse, the staff didn't even pick up our call. No additional toiletries were provided, bed sheets were thin, and parking was difficult with our jeep. Not a great experience.
