1. The staff is highly un-cooperative and always tries to avoid service to guests. 2. The room did not have basic amenities and furniture like chair & coffee table. In fact the room did not have anything except a bed. 3. The bathroom / toiled was dirty and stinked. 4. Food was not available even to be ordered. Even tea / coffee was made with great reluctance. 5. I DONOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BOOK & STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I AM HORRIFIED THAT I HAVE TO STAY TILL 11 NOVEMBER 2025 BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY PAID UP & CANNOT CANCEL IT.

Property location was excellent, food service was not there, room was not very clean..... Still best part is one location is very approachable and reception staff was very cooperative

The staff service was not at all good. There were no toiletries given and no bath towels. Also no lift was there. Hotel was under construction
