familyThe property is very good at maintaining the cleanliness. The rooms were spacious but not properly ventilated as we booked a non ac room. The host then turned on the ac and it was fine. The location of the property was also very nice. The staffs were very co-operative. The best part was the helpful nature of the host.

This homestay is run by young man Mr. Mathew and I had wonderful experience staying there, easily accessible, neat and clean, close to backwaters and restaurants.

Decent low budget and well maintained hotel

Homely atmosphere with courteous staff, always there to help you out for your queries.
Staff was very polite and extremely helpful. Arranged dinner late at light for us to have a comfortable stay. Must visit if you are looking for a decent place at a low budget price. They have house boat services available as well at an affordable rate.
