Terrible Stay

The hotel was already fully booked i didn't got to stay there. It was 3 am, and it was so difficult for me to find other hotel.

It was not as per my expectation

The room was very small, the washroom was too small and it's not clean at all. The staff was good. The location was good as BHU and the market are nearby. It cost around certain amount from the hotel to reach the BHU. Expensive hotel according to the facilities, the lift was not there in the hotel, room very congested. The staircase was not comfortable. The service of the hotel is very poor.
