When i booked room at suvidha guest house.. They offered me the worst room without cleaning without a light, dirty washroom etc.... Then i pay an extra 500 to exchange the room which is costly according to their room service and quality.. Because after paying 500 to switch in the Ac room but ac didn't work properly.. Overall a very bad experience i faced..also disappointing with making my trip....

No water facilities. Also the condenser of fan was not new. Bathroom was too small.

The location is easily accessible but needs improvement in Google map rerouting. The Room is quite okay with some minor issues like shower and dusty corner. The staff is good but needs some professionalism. Room cleaning issues I faced during my stay, they are quite lazy and take for granted on a few occasions. Overall it's good for a budget stay.

It's a good stay with this guest house. Absolutely liked everything about this guest house. I recommend because it's a best in low budget stay.

first of all, the images depicted were no way near to reality. the rooms were a mess, there was indian toilets but not mentioned in your reports, we had to literally beg the person to give us rooms with western toilet. the bed was dirty, bathroom did not have hot water, the commodes were not clean. there was one ac room given when booked but the ac rooms were not given, there was ac in the room that did not function. there was no lift. the rooms were in 2nd floor but not told while booking. basically I feel you need to remove these type of properties from your listing.

it's really a good experience the hotel staff are also nice the property is good the area that location is easy to find for any one.

I booked for 3 person but they gave me a single bed. No service given by hotel staff but service charge is included with the booking. worst experience.

I reached hotel at 4 pm as i already informed hotel on call but my room is not ready. I had to wait for more than 1 hrs with my family with laugage. First they ask to shift in one room but when i asked that i had booked two rooms then with anger they do this. Even the cleaning person said that jyada jaldi hai to dushra hotel dekh lo. All the person available at hotel to serve guest are very rude they misbehave us. Hotel having no basic amenities. Please avoid to book such type of unprofessional hotel when you are traveling with family. Totally disgusting

No hot water, no extra bed when we booked for 3. And it was very very overpriced. The location is good though, autos are easy to get.

Danger Danger ..staff is arrogant, egoist,greedy,.they r not professional at all...I went to this hotel for a week with my female ..we booked separate room....but they made us stay in the same room citing light issues n when we demanded refund for other room ..they refused by saying... arrogantly this is our way of earning extra income sometimes they smoke marijuana, so plzz stay ...away from it... especially couples

Terrible, untrained staff, bad behaviour of the staff, everyday they knock on the room and behave rude, and ask for check out date. They were asking for changing tge room, bad management, dirty rooms not cleaned. No provision of drinking water, toilet paper, basic things not provided, only a dirty room is given and rude untrained staff, local boys are hired there

Worst terrible when we reached hotel on 23rd jean 2025 hotel manager provided us rooms with indian toilet and asked for parking fee of 200 per car when we have booked this hotel you have shown toilet as western toilet but hotel denied to give western toilet and told me to manage for a day we have given payment not to manage we were travel-ling with ladies having ache in legs we can manage for 1 day also we have not checked in that hotel and when we have tried to contact with your customer service hotel manager told him also to manage for 1 day and second time he time he denied to talk with coustomer care also

The guest house is definitely good and the rooms they are providing at this price are really very good
