Kashi Annapurna Paying Guest House

They sent us to different property, which doesn’t have AC as we reserved AC deluxe room. The room was also so tiny.

Mahant ji residency is just attached to kosi biswanath temple near gate no 2. I have booked a 6 person hall room. That was too short in height (6. 5feet tall. The bed was single and cozy, room furnishing is good but no mirror or cloth hanger in the room. The staff are good and cooperative. You cannot go to the location with any vehicle. You have to walk approx 10-15 min from the road to reach the hotel.

I have plannes this trip with my brother and we must say this stay is having the best location. Room is clean and staff is cooperative. What else a traveller need. Perfect stay. Host is very nice and everything is near to the location. Mandir is also very near and me and my brother got every help from the staff.

The place is very near to the temple but they wont accommodate you in the ground or 1st floor but 3 rd floor which is really not an ideal option for family and your parents there is no convenient way to go to the guest house other than walking 2 km which would be very hectic if you have luggage and senior citizens who need assistance, apart from this there are no complaints

I booked 4 bed family room and it was not as shown in the picture. Let me start with the good parts first:- Proximity to temple - it was the best possible location if ur aim is to go to temple as many times as possible coz the hotel is right next to the temple (200 mt. Max) Hotel staff- hotel staff was really good and helpful Now coming to the bad parts:- The room:- It wasnt dirty or bad it was just basic… average at best. First of all it was on 2nd floor (which was very difficult for few of my family members, i guess they should mention it in the details) washroom:- it was outside the room and was very very dirty, which again wasnt very convenient for ladies of the family. However the staff was good and they agreed to give us a comparatively better room on ground floor on my extended stay. I would say, be very specific while booking and call them and check what room are you getting. Again, since my family’s aim was to be in temple and on ghats most of the time, it was manageable.

This hotel was near kashi vishwanath temple gate no. 2, this place was near them all ghart. I think their service to family members was very good

Here accommodation is not good i had booked double bed 2 ac room but they provided different non ac room.

Hospitality is very poor, they said the room i booked i not available and provided different room only with ac no other facility provided. When i spoke to owner they said mm will provide only 700 to them so what they will provide also he mentioned he doesn't want business with mm. I don't no what is wrong with them but i suffered in between.

Very near to temple, neat and clean, very cooperate staff.

Though booked for 15 days could stay there for 3 days. Because of very small room and other inconvenience. Talked with make my trip but the efforts were in vain. Hence checked out on 6 the but this was not informed to you by the property manager though we informed. Both the make my trip and the hotel authorities were not considerate and are money mongers. Gave us maximum mental torture and physical sufferings at this age in a tourist destination. Very dissatisfied. At least the payment already made should have been refunded for non stay Al period of 12 days.

Well behaved staff, very near to the temple. But I could not get the booked non AC room and stayed in the AC room paying more.

Location is very near Kashi Viswanath Temple and Dashashwamedh ghat, very good place for living for extended time tour. Manager and owner are very well behaving with guests. Fells like home.

Food got from outside, no restaurant.
Too small, deep inside gall us, no wash basin in room. If i'd seen the room and location, wouldn't have booked stayed somehow 2 nights and shifted to hotel Hari Vilaas, Staff good, OK for pilgrims on a budget.

Great location, decent room as per value for money. Building having no elevator. Had to change the room in between our stay.
The room was on 3rd floor without elevator. Guests were senior citizens, naturally it was inconvenient. Only good part it, it's very close to the Vishwanath temple.

Room was average, there was no call bell for room service, charging point was not near the bed.
View was good, near to the kashi vishwanath temple and near to gang a ghat which was fantastic but top was not working there were no set top box.

Not stayed at the hotel. They offered very small room, not at all sufficient for 2 people, that too in third floor. They were talking wrong about my booking with MakeMyTrip. Worst and careless behaviour by hotel owner.
