Pleasant Experience – Great Service and Hospitalit

My stay at the hotel has been very pleasant. The staff here is extremely courteous and cooperative, ensuring a smooth experience throughout. The facilities and services, including the breakfast, were well-arranged and satisfactory. I had opted for a non-AC room, and naturally, there was a slight issue of warmth due to the weather. However, this was my personal choice and not a shortcoming of the hotel. Overall, everything else was perfectly fine, and I appreciate the efforts of the team in maintaining such a comfortable environment.

Property location is ininterior cant reach with luggage by foot. On account of upgrade they charge 600/-extra only for small room with ac non effective also. Which is not reasonable. Amenity is very less.. Service is good.

Excellent hospitality, clean rooms with all amenities like soap , shampoo shower cap ,Comb . Best cafes in varanasi near by continental food was excellent . We got an free upgrade to delux king room and breakfast was also served late till 11AM as an exception . service location are the key points
