It is a lodging house right on the main road towards Kottayam from Angamally via Kalady. Bakery etc are available nearby. 4th floor with basement, actually this property is within a commercial complex. Nearly kept, auto, taxi scalable, Uber serves here.

Poor coustomer service

First of all, poor car parking, we have to move our car for the other car to go. No person at the reception, we have been waiting 15 minutes there. After that they delayed us 10 more minutes, told no booking comes here with this app. Even i showed my booking id. Then in the room, fan regulator was damaged. Then during checkout, they told rooms collapsed because they didn't check the mail. Like they don't have any responsibility on app booking. Very poor!
