Over priced for a room outside property

We were told that its gonna be air cool camp however it was not there. We converted to room which was outside the property and was only for a night and charge was 4643 which we paid for 2 days

Rude staff and unhygienic

Firstly, no one informed the parking charges to us. In morning, before asking about breakfast, hotel staff ankit was informing check out time. Either this hotel has no experience in handling guests or they are total emotionless. We felt so bad that we left hotel by10am only. Bathrooms door were not closing properly and was in bad condition. Garbage was all over grasses. Tent sheet were full of mud and grasses. Total wastage of money. Never had this type of experience in rishikesh.

The property was suitable for everyone. The area was so peaceful and calm. The staff was also so cooperative and helpful. They provide a very good service. The food was delicious and hygiene. I will recommend the property to others.
