Facilities were up to the mark, the place was a very clean, safe and secure place to stay in. Only issue was with the location it was bit inside and hard to find

The good thing about this hotel is location. It is just beside back water. So you will have a lovely view. You can take photos but rooms are very old and even furniture's too. Very old used bed sheets and even doors are broken. Breakfast was not at all good. It is just for one day stay. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked Akshaya homestay and booking was confirmed. It was full when we reached the location and given another room 3 kms away from the property which was not a lake view or clean. Soap and towels was only given on request on 2nd day of stay.

Very poor maintenance. You don't feel like using any of the furniture's because they are covered with one thick layer of dust. No one to take care of the guests. It is too far from the city and nothing worth seeing in the meantime area.

Rooms and location are good . But this is pvt property so need some improvement in service . Rooms are just beside backwater which giving it nice location. Owner of house is very good and polite in nature and dedicated to guest . Keeper have language problem because he don't know English or Hindi

Location is not very easy to fond. Service is average. Rooms are not bad only a/c roms. Facilities are average too. Cleanliness is gold. Value for poney is a verage. This hôtel is not in the cité or cochon.

We have booked for 2 nights to cover sightseeing in and around Kochi. Home stay is very far from citi and no transportation is available. Rooms and home stay is not at all good as shown in the pics. Not suitable even for relaxation. Breakfast also not good. Beach also far from home stay. It is better to book in Kochi citi instead of spending on transportation.

We have booked Akshay Homestay which is facing the lake and after booking we have called and confirmed the same. On check in time the Man who were handling the registration on the homestay told us that there is no room in that building and sent us to his house 2 kms away from the homestay. There his family is staying and we got room upstairs . It was like bathroom was not attached and the room was with fully dusted . We have asked that is there any view in your house . He said yes . You can have a better view than from the homestay . But it was disappointing . Very disappointing . I will not recommend this homestay to anybody . And don't lose the money with this type of unprofessional homestay .

You get what you pay. Location is good. Mosquitoes are there. Better not to take non-AC rooms. There is no restaurant near by. Specially for vegetarians its very difficult. There is no precise location in maps. Its quite inside. Manageable only by own vehicle

Awesome experience. Great management staff coperation ... Nice Location with fish farming and Live fishing and food. Food they will prepare as per requirement. Nice area with in between full water bodies

The rooms were clean but a bit small. The washrooms were large enough and clean with all the facilities. The location of the hotel being remote car is the only mode of transportation. Moreover there are no restaurants nearby.

The location is fantastic, but the room lock was faulty. In terms of Security and facility in services, there is scope for improvement, but rest is fine. Owner is very polite. The homestay provides breakfast which is good. Recommended more for friends group and such rather than families because it has an ambience that's more suitable and enjoyable for a friend circle. Good for a night stay.

Great Homestay, good service, okay food .. Better get it from outside. Lush green surroundings. All basic amenities are available ... Warm hospitality by owner. Prompt response to requests. Home stay is not the one shown in MMT. Location has changed, so no lake in the surroundings ... But yet really good one ...

Superb location and rooms were also good. The owner was very friendly and the room service guy also. Highly recommended this if you have low budget. Hotel is built on the water which makes it looks very nice from back side. Worth staying.

WiFi is present but no internet for both the days we stayed. Room was a bit small but alright. Hot water for Bath provided in bucket at 7 in the morning. Car parking facility is outside property either on side of the property or outise the gate. An alright stay, as an overall experience.

Good place to stay! Might be a problem for people having issue with fish smell since the place is too near to the sea. Rest everything is good! Located on the state highway, this place is near to the fort cochin. View around the place is very pleasing.

Very nice place to stay very near to beach just at walkable distance loved the backwaters. You get a two wheeler on hire peaceful an ambient. It was a very nice experience you get a delicious food to eat like prawns and fish. Going to visit again.
