OYO Townhouse 1232 White Sand

Very affordable, spacious, and clean hotel, that too on very prime location. There is only one issue that's loud music at night sometimes because there is a bar upstairs. Or else it's really a good one to go for.

Had a pleasant stay, and budget friendly. Rooms were with sufficient space and clean. Food ordered was also in good quantity and quality.

Very bad food service and room also was not clean its not for couple room was like a servant room very bad

Room are bit unmaintained, however location is best possible.

As we enter the hotel, check in process was very smooth. But the room was in average condition, the washroom door does not have locks, and the most shocking experience was that some other guest open our main door. So, i don't think i'm gonna visit this hotel again.

It was a very pathetic and worst experience we had in this stay. In first room hotel showed us had a stinky sewage smell, post complaint they changed the room and the other room had cigarette smoking smell. When we complained they told this room is connected to all and hence we need to keep exhaust fan open and they misbehaved and said this is all needs to adjust. Their other rooms were also dirty, smelly and broken handles. Sardar ji of the hotel reception was very rude and has no manners to talk to guests. He kept on only saying to adjust and we literally had room fresheners sprayed all time with having passive smoking smell in the room during our stay. I will never recommend anyone this hotel. Even make my trip only apologise and did nothing.

Very neat and clean, staff is also good, washrooms are clean, location is very prime it is just next to pacific mall & h&m at rajpur road, just the tea they are serving is very bad and they are charging 99- for one cup.

I had a hassle-free stay at Super OYO Townhouse 1232 White Sand. The service was great, and the room was clean.

Hotel employee walked in our room at 3 am with the master key without even a single knock. This is so terrible and i have raised the complaint to the mm t team. If no resolution i will be filing a consumer complaint.

Hotel is ok type, rooms are very congested/small and quality of doors/handles is also not good. But hotel staff and services are good.

Everything is up to mark, one of the best properties in this price range. All amenities on the property and cleanliness are impressive even though the rooms are not too small in comparison to other Oyo properties. The property is located at a prime location, it's next to Pacific Mall on Rajpur Road.

I was there with my friend to attend the dehradun literaturefestival. The room and washroom were properly cleaned and we were provided with everything we needed. The staff was very polite and friendly. We had one of our greatest stays there. Would definitely book the same if i am in dehradun again.

The property location is good. Approaching the 2nd floor rooms is nasty. Lift not working some time, since property reception is on the 3rd floor, it's hard to climb to 3rd floor.

Most of the rooms don't have external windows which makes it a little gloomy. Location is good. Service is good.
