Nice and clean rooms

I reached at 2 am and found nobody in reception. After half an hour struggle i could mange to get his phone no. Finally he came and took another 20 minutes to check in.

Not clean, small room, will not come again and not refer to friends. Breakfast was included and it just one item decided by the hotel

Did not expect this from mmt, i did not stay there due to the issues reported i was expecting refund from mmt but didn't get it!

The stay was good but the service was extremely poor. The food was served after way too long and that to frozen.

The room was clean and hygienic. However there was one issue with the towels and blankets. We didn't get a fresh towel even after asking for it. The blanket wasn't clean enough too.

Location is good, there was no food and amenities are ok, but nothing was there in bath room like soap sampo etc.

Wonderful experience. The behavior of the staffs was really good and they did the service very well also the room was very big and clean.

No housekeeping even repeated request. There was a lot of dust under the bed and i asked the sweeper to clean it too but he didn't even listen. Only said that it would be possible to clean only after removing the bed whereas it was not so. He could easily clean with a broom. I had booked two rooms and stayed for three nights and one full day, but changed the bedsheet of one room only one day and that too after a lot of talking.

1. Do not stay in this hotel. The bedsheet had period stains. We asked for tea at 8 in the morning, 6:30 in the evening and they refused everytime. Terrible service. Also no connectivity. You can only book uber auto to reach nearby destinations.

Dirty linens, asked to change don't bother to listen, dirty bathroom, poor service, location is also a little interior.

Ac doesn’t work properly, and bedsheet and mattress not wash proper and pillow cover also

The room were so bad ac is also not working at all

Ac was not working properly, i have already reported to hotel staff but they said it takes time to cool but it never happened. And also hotel bedsheet and bathroom were dirty.

Location is not very convenient but staff behaviour was really good, services were prompt but ac was not good. Moreover, bedsheets and pillow had stain marks
