They charged double amount wt is showing here they didn't allowed even though we already booked the room for two days it was totally fraud

I had time till 11am for check out but they said i can’t check in the check out day but i said i still have time to check out then why i can’t check out ? but they told me to pay once again to stay for the same timing but then they charged too much rupees and it’s not even clean and comfort
